There are no limitations to what we can build for you. Whether it’s to improve sales, drive customer feedback scores, or any other metric you’re focused on, we have the expertise to empower your team to get there! Our tailored packages can combine classroom learning, virtual sessions and e-learning modules.

How It Works

Fact Finding

We take time getting to know your business, through a combination of call listening, interviews with your team members, knowledge workshops, reviewing customer data and even setting up customer feedback interviews.

Training Content Design

We’ll work with you every step of the way, to ensure that we’re setting your team up to deliver the service you want your customers to experience. We usually ask that we have a dedicated point of contact at your end to help us work as quickly and effectively as possible.

Training Handover

Once we’ve completed building your training package, we can even come and have one of our expert trainers deliver the training to your team, or deliver train-the-trainer sessions for your in house trainers and team leaders. We also offer sessions to give team leaders the skills to become effective training facilitators here

Feedback & Review

After the first time running the course, we take feedback from the delegates, as well as measure the impact on KPIs over the coming weeks. We’re happy to use this feedback to make changes to the training before it’s fully signed off.

On-going Support

Our consultants will stay in touch with you after training, to answer questions, give guidance and do whatever we can to support the embedding of the new skills and knowledge.

Pricing

We have a completely transparent pricing structure so you can see up front what we can deliver within your budget. We can cater for anything from a half day targeted skills session, up to a several weeks full onboarding course.

Note: Once training design work has been completed, you will own all documentation and materials to deliver, modify and work with as you wish.

Initial Consultation Usually a conversation from 30 mins up to a few hours to discuss your needs and what we can offer. Free
Deep-Dive Consultation Developing a deeper understanding of your customers and your aims. As well as meeting with the senior leadership team, this may include conversations with call centre agents and team leaders, call listening, analysing data on success metrics, exploring current customer feedback etc £500 per day
This can often be completed in 1 day, however, for more complex solutions and/or longer courses this may be 2-3 days. The amount of consulting days will always be agreed with you before moving ahead.
Training Design Building out your training plans, content and materials £1,000 per day of training content
£2,800 for 3 days of content
£4,400 for 5 days of content
Training Delivery Our expert trainer on-site, delivering your new training package £750 per day

We would always recommend that for any new training course, you have it delivered by our team at least once before we hand it over to your in-house teams. This is not a mandatory requirement and you are welcome to purchase a bespoke package for your team to deliver.
